Payment Information

Forms of Payment:

The purchased item must be paid simultaneously as the purchase transaction is closed via bank transfer.

Bank Transfer

eu.jan.com.ua accepts bank transfer. We will provide you with our bank details during the online purchase phase.

All bank charges and commissions are charged to the customer.

eu.jan.com.ua reserves the right to request the integration of the payment if the booked amount does not correspond with the final amount of the order. We will ship your order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

Shipping information

1. Shipping costs - ITALY

Shipments in Italy are made by courier GLS, TNT, or Poste / SDA.

Shipping costs in Italy are always free for orders over €50.

As required by the laws governing trade, all eu.jan.com.ua shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.

2. Shipping costs - ABROAD

Shipments abroad are made by courier GLS, TNT, or Poste / SDA.

In EU countries the shipping cost is always free for orders over €150. Otherwise, the cost is €20.

In non-EU countries, orders are shipped at a cost of €20.

For shipments to non-European countries, the average delivery times are 15/20 working days. If customs withhold the package for checks, the delivery may take a longer time not attributable to eu.jan.com.ua

As required by the laws governing trade, all eu.jan.com.ua shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.

3. Shipping Date

We ship same day all orders received by 12.00 am (UTC +1) from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a public holiday and before a holiday, the package will be shipped on the first working day.

Starting from shipment, delivery times require:

• 1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
• 4-5 working days in the European Union
• 15-20 working days in non-EU countries.
